The guarantee
No explanation is owed and no case has to be argued. Tell us which email you paid with, say what happened in a line, and it reaches me directly.
If you bought the Buy Right book or the Masterclass and it didn't give you what you came for, ask for your money back within 30 days of the day you paid. You get it — no interrogation, no attempt to talk you out of it, and no explanation owed.
How the window is counted. From the calendar date of payment, in Dubai time (Asia/Dubai), and the last day counts in full. Paying at 23:50 does not cost you a day.
How to ask. Use the form on this page with the email you paid with — you do not need to sign in — or write to info@weeam.info. Both arrive in the same place.
What happens next. Every request is read personally and answered with a clear decision within 2 business days. An approved refund is sent back to the original payment method through the same payment provider. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it on a statement; that part is on their side, not ours. Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is sent. Your account stays open and anything else you own is untouched.
If you live in the EU or the UK. You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. The law allows digital content to be excepted from it — but only where the buyer gave express consent to start access immediately and acknowledged thereby giving the right up. Our checkout does not ask you for that acknowledgement: you accept the Terms and Conditions (the full statement opens from the link beside the box, before you pay) and you ask for immediate access — nothing more — so your 14-day right stays untouched. Our guarantee is longer than 14 days and asks less of you, so it is the one we apply. Where the two differ, you get whichever is better for you.
Before you dispute the charge with your bank. Ask us first. We honour this guarantee, so a card dispute cannot get you a larger or faster refund than asking does — and it can suspend your access for the months a bank takes to investigate. For every purchase we retain the order record, the payment reference, the delivery confirmation and the access log, and we provide them when a dispute is raised. That is not a threat: it is the record any merchant keeps, and it is why asking us is simply the shorter road.
When we may say no. We may decline where the same buyer has repeatedly bought and refunded the same or similar products, where the account was used to copy or redistribute the content, or where the purchase was fraudulent. We will say in writing which of those it is and why. Nothing else is refused.
Where this applies, and your rights under the law. The guarantee is offered to every buyer, in every country. Nothing in it removes or limits a right you hold that cannot be given up by contract — under the consumer-protection law of the United Arab Emirates, or under the law of the country you live in. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins. This guarantee is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the forum for a dispute is stated in the Terms of Service.
None of this is fine print. It is on the page you buy from, in both languages, before you pay — because a term you could not see is not a term at all.

You'll have an answer within 2 business days — from me, not from a queue.
This is how the purchase is found. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
From your payment receipt, if you still have it. It only speeds things up.
